There were some challenging areas, including where there were some structural engineering points that needed amending during construction, but Paul and his team were able to solve every problem without issue or delays. The team have a high attention to detail which shows in the final build quality.
Paul kept to his costs and contract, and was diligent in ensuring that any additional costs if changes were made were discussed prior to proceeding. Before and during the build Paul would make suggestions to both cost saving and and material selections.
